What is Compression Therapy?
Compression Therapy uses an air pressure massage system to relieve muscle aches\pains, increase circulation to the treated areas, reduce lactic acid and reduce overall soreness. This technology is designed to externally compress the limbs in a way that mimics normal physiology using a sophisticated pulsing, gradient and distal release compression pattern which creates a very effective recovery tool.
What should I wear?
Comfortable yet form-fitting clothes are best. If your clothes are too loose, as the device compresses, the fabric can bunch and be uncomfortable.
What does compression therapy feel like?
During your compression therapy session, you'll have the sensation of a very tight squeeze that works its way up the chambers of the device you’re using (arms, legs or hips). It’s very relaxing, much like a massage, as it soothes your sore and tired muscles.
